Mount Mary released their critically acclaimed, self-titled debut 2021.
With their new album "Diamonds of a Fool", MM continues their journey in 70s hard rock moods. Singer-guitarist-riff generator Maria Hänninen has written the songs
(except the lyrics to the song "Heart Astray" by Rolf Nordström)

Petri Majuri's and Hänninen's guitars spit out riffs, which are given an unwavering boost by one of Finland’s most appreciated bassist Jukka Jylli and fantastic young drummer Otto Haapanen.
Majuri is one of the leading sound engineers of Finland- his vast experience with countless bands and artists (everything from Hanoi Rocks to Billy Cobham) is a guarantee for great sounds.

Majuri's strong solo guitar playing offers tasty moments to electric guitar lovers, and Hänninen also adds some extra spice with her solos.
Her strong unique voice, which has been heard e.g. on Corky Laing’s and Ken Hensley's gigs and recordings, nails the package together.
The band delivers healing organic rasp unyieldingly.

Mount Mary strongly steers its own ship, but on the same waves of living, breathing rock music, you can meet bands such as Led Zeppelin, Cactus, Rival Sons, Greta Van Fleet, Black Sabbath, AC/DC..
Guests on the album are Corky Laing (Mountain, West ,Bruce and Laing), Remu Aaltonen (Hurriganes), Per Wiberg (Kamchatka. Spiritual Beggars, ex-Opeth etc.), Mother Joonas.

The members of Mount Mary have worked together with many Finnish and international artists, for example Ken Hensley, Corky Laing, Billy Cobham, Hanoi Rocks, Michael Monroe, Bob Margolin, Franz Ferdinand, Johnny Bolin, Conny Bloom, Wigwam, Kingston Wall, Dave Lindholm, Erja Lyytinen, Liisa Akimof, Pelle Miljoona, The Empire Strikes, Havana Black...
